Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery on many products. EXCEPTIONS APPLY, please see the FAQ in our returns center (https://www.empiredroneco.com/pages/returns) for a list of non-returnable products. Unopened product, with manufacturer seals intact, can be returned with no questions asked. Open product returns must be in brand new condition, in their original box, and must include all original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, documents, and all accessories. Items that have been activated, previously flown, used, or show any sign of wear, may be accepted at the sole discretion of Empire Drone Company, LLC with a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.
For all returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. This also applies to orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by the packing slip included in your order, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored. Original condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product and the security tags are still attached. The product must not be altered in any way.
Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged item(s), contact Customer Support at email@example.com no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately at 315-743-4285.
Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Empire Drone. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.
Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and the customer has not contacted customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
Refunds: Once your return is received you will receive an email confirming i arrival. Your return will be inspected within 1-2 working days after its arrival. After inspection, you will be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 3 - 10 working days after approval.
