General Shipping Policies: 

  • Original Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable.

  • Most in-stock orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST ship the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will ship the next day of business. Orders placed Fridays after 11 AM will ship the following Monday.

  • The free shipping offer is limited to the Continental United States only.

  • A minimum $99 pre-tax order value is required to receive free shipping.

  • The free shipping offer is limited to UPS or USPS and the chosen service is at the discretion of Volatus Drones.

  • Shipping upgrades (Overnight, 2nd Day Air, etc.) will be charged at full price.

  • Volatus Drones does not ship to PO Boxes or Mail Box locations.

  • International customers are responsible for any import taxes or duty fees. Volatus Drones is not responsible for these fees nor required to inform the customer of such fees.

Damaged Box or Damaged Product: If you receive damaged item(s), contact Customer Support at hello@volatusdrones.com no later than 5 business days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections. If there is extensive damage to the box, refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately at 315-743-4285.

Refusal of Delivery: If a package is refused for delivery, outside of arriving damaged or in a damaged box, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Volatus Drones. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original form of payment for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost of shipping the package to you.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided: Packages that are returned because of an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be reshipped will be subject to a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and customer has not contacted a customer support the order will then be refunded back to the original form of payment.
