DJI D-RTK 3 Multifunctional Station | Maximized Precision, Enhanced Range

The DJI D-RTK 3 Multifunctional Station integrates high-performance antennas and receiver modules capable of tracking and resolving data from major global satellite navigation systems. It supports multiple data transmission links and can analyze device position and orientation through its built-in high-performance inertial measurement unit. With these outstanding features, the D-RTK 3 can serve as a base station to provide centimeter-level positioning for multiple drones simultaneously or extend the operational range of drones in relay station mode. Additionally, the rover station mode, combined with the DJI Enterprise App and DJI Terra, offers a one-stop solution for high-precision aerial surveying applications.

Centimeter-Level Precision

The D-RTK 3 is equipped with advanced air dielectric antennas that deliver millimeter-level phase-center accuracy. This precision is achieved through support for five global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) operating across 19 frequency points. Such extensive satellite compatibility ensures reliable and accurate positioning in diverse environments, whether in densely built urban areas or remote, challenging terrains.

Three Operational Modes

  • Broadcast Mode:  Broadcast Mode enables the D-RTK 3 to provide centimeter-level positioning data to multiple drones simultaneously without the need for additional configuration. 
  • Relay Mode:  Relay Mode extends the operational range of drones, making it particularly useful in environments with significant signal obstructions, such as urban landscapes with tall buildings or remote areas with natural barriers. 
  • Rover Mode:  Rover Mode transforms the station into a portable ground control point collector. This mode incorporates tilt compensation, allowing for accurate data collection even when the rover pole is not perfectly vertical.

Advanced Filtering Antenna Design

The specialized filtering antenna in the D-RTK 3 effectively manages multi-path interference and maintains reliable tracking of low-elevation satellites. This ensures consistent performance even in environments with significant signal reflections or obstructions, further contributing to the station’s precision and reliability.
